We clean up the books of construction companies, close the month, stand a wage file up beside a provider you choose, and prepare the return from those months. Job cost, draws, the holdback, and the sales tax path are the heart of the cleanup. A nameless item stays visible until a document names it.

We do not sign a report that says the figures were examined. The boundary on those signatures, written out with the statute numbers, lives on the disclosures page and not in a tile. If you need that signature, we will say so early and you can carry the folder to a firm that gives it.

The opening month is usually where the pattern of the file becomes obvious. After that, the same close repeats. You should be able to tell a lender what changed without opening the software and narrating.

You name a job that stopped making sense. We start with three construction questions. Did the contract split labor from materials, which statement was the last one a person matched, and is payday already sitting with a provider. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need a catch up month and nothing more. Sometimes the file has been guessing for a year. Either way you leave with a plain description, not a tour of menus.

A cleanup month does not open until a scope names the jobs and both sides have signed it. A call is a conversation. It is not yet the job.
