What you give us
When you fill in a form we receive what you put in it. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the size band you picked, and whatever you wrote about the job. Nothing else on the form is hidden. There is no field you cannot see.
If you open the calendar and pick a time, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details on our behalf and they reach the same practice.
Do not put a full account number, a full identification number, or a photograph of a contract that shows those numbers into the form or the chat chip. Name the job in ordinary words and say what stopped making sense. The sensitive pages can wait for a call.
What is collected automatically
This site records a page view with two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, together with the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party. It goes nowhere but our own server. It exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded.
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs the usual request information for security and rate limiting.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages are useful, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made automatically.
How long, and how to have it removed
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can also ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do that.
The chat chip
The chat chip opens a conversation with the same practice. What you type there is a message, not a public comment. The same rule about account numbers applies. The chip sits low on the screen and should not cover a field when the page is at rest.
Changes
If this page changes, the change is made on the page rather than announced somewhere else. The effective reading is the page you are on today.
